Is there a minimum of hours required for your service?
When you book with us, we typically require a minimum charge of 4 hours for most services. However, depending on the location and the size of the move, we may be able to negotiate this requirement.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We gladly accept cash, Zelle, and card payments. There is a 12% convenience fee when paying with card.
Do Moving companies charge by the hour?
Our prices are based on an hourly rate, calculated by the total time spent on the job site. This includes all aspects of the move, ensuring you only pay for the services you receive. Here’s a breakdown of how our pricing works:

The formula for our pricing is:
(Loading Time)+(Drive Time)+(Unloading Time)=Total Hours
This total is then multiplied by our hourly rate to determine the final cost of your move.
What is Double-Drive?
Double-Drive essentially involves doubling the drive time alone – the duration needed to travel from the pick-up to the drop-off location is multiplied by two. For instance, if the loading process takes 1 hour, the drive 1 hour (in a Double-Drive scenario, this becomes 2 hours), and unloading takes 1 hour as well, your total time spent would amount to 4 hours.
To break it down:
Loading: 1 hour
Drive: 1hour (Double Drive) = 2 hours
Unloading: 1 hour
Total Time: 4 hours
Are the movers able to disassemble my furniture?
Yes, for the most part, movers do take apart furniture. Our movers typically disassemble items such as beds, cribs, dining tables, office desks, and more. The primary reasons for this are to facilitate the move and to ensure the furniture can fit through doorways and other tight spaces. Sometimes, disassembling furniture can take longer than expected due to worn screws. When the shape of a screw is no longer intact, the screwdriver may have difficulty gripping it. Despite these challenges, our movers are experienced in handling such issues.

What's included when you book with us?
Our standard rates include 2 skilled movers and a fully equipped truck. We provide moving pads to protect your furniture from any damage during the move. We supply an appliance dolly, two regular dollies, and two four-wheel dollies to facilitate the transport of heavy items. We also provide wardrobe boxes, making it easy to move your clothing without the hassle of packing and unpacking. We offer power tools to disassemble and reassemble your furniture as needed. Finally, we also provide straps to secure all your belongings inside the truck, preventing any shifting or damage during transit.
Can the movers unmount my television?
Yes, our movers are able to dismount your television for you as part of the moving process. However, please note that they will not be able to mount it back on the wall at your new location. We recommend hiring a specialized technician or handyman for the mounting service to ensure it is done correctly and securely.

Can the movers transport my dresser or nightstand with my belongings inside?
The answer depends on a few factors, such as the weight and sturdiness of the furniture, as well as whether there are stairs involved at either the pickup or drop-off location. If the furniture is solid enough to support the weight and there are no stairs, it's likely that the movers can transport it as is. We recommend leaving your items inside, and when the movers arrive, they can assess the situation and let you know if it's safe to proceed.
Do moving companies provide wardrobe boxes
We have wardrobe boxes available to store and transmit your belongings to your drop-off location. However, they must be returned to us upon the completion of your move.
